Why Mexico All on 4?
The high cost of All on 4 in the U.S. leads many Americans to settle for traditional and less practical solution like dentures, which may lead to serious consequences such as skeletal deterioration due to lower bone density associated with brittle teeth over time.
For those who are able to do it, traveling overseas for a full mouth restoration will be much more affordable than staying locally even when you include the expense of airfare.
Everything you ever wanted to know about All on 4 Implants
Dentures are often seen as the easy way out when it comes to tooth replacement. But they’re cumbersome and often feel embarrassing.
For those who don’t want to wear dentures, Mexico All on 4 offers a more natural solution: Same Day Teeth Implants.
All-on-4 are a full set of implants designed to replace your entire upper or lower set of teeth. They act as a more permanent and natural-looking alternative to dentures. Traditionally, each dental implant has one small titanium screw that a surgeon inserts into the gums. Then, the dentist places a single false tooth to the screw.
The best part is that you don’t need to replace each lost tooth individually. Instead, a dental professional will surgically insert four titanium posts into your jawbone as the main anchors. They can then attach a permanent denture at those four areas for a seamless look across your entire mouth. The prosthesis will stay in your mouth permanently and look just as natural as your surrounding real teeth.
A well-documented and highly effective solution for patients without teeth is the fixed, full-arch prosthesis. This restorative concept involves the immediate loading of two axial implants in the front and two tilted implants in the back. The All-on-4® treatment concept has consistently demonstrated its ability to predictably restore full arches, delivering excellent results in the short, medium, and long term

The advantages of the
All on 4 Procedure
In a short amount of time, you will get fully functioning, new teeth. You will feel the improvements in teeth stability, chewing ability, and comfort right away!
You can brush and clean the All-on-4 implants just as normal teeth, with no need to be removed. All you need to do is daily brushing and flossing and also visit your dentist regularly.
Each time you lose a tooth, the jawbone loses stimulation which may cause it to shrink. Dental implants stimulate bone growth to maintain the jaw structure.
You won’t Need a Bone Graft. This is usually required when the jawbone of the patient is too weak to support a dental implant. With All-on-4 implants, a bone graft is not required since the four implants are not limited to a particular location. The implants are placed at different points along the jaw where the bone is denser.
These implants create a permanent set of teeth with a non-removable implant-supported retained bridge. This means your dental implants never have to be removed, giving you a lifetime smile.
When it comes to oral health, the more time it passes, the more likely it is to risk developing conditions as a result, including gum recession, bone loss, or other oral health issues.
Take action to replace your missing teeth and you will be investing in your overall health and well-being.
With All-on-4 dental implants, you will feel your new teeth as real teeth. The treatment will give you more comfort and confidence for smiling, speaking, and eating, making life so much easier and happier.

Who is a Good Candidate for All-On-4 Dental Implants?
You may qualify for dental implants if you have missing, broken, or severely decayed teeth and are in relatively good overall health. There are certain medical conditions that prevent patients from being good candidates for All-On-4 dental implants.
Here are some examples:

Smoking compromises the bone’s healing ability. The same happens with people who lack sufficient bone density in their jaw.

Gingivitis or periodontist are forms of gum disease. Gum disease destroys the gums and bone beneath, therefore there’s not sufficient bone for the implant to attach. Patients must treat gum disease first. The same happens if the patient has Insufficient Bones.

The unconscious clenching and grinding of the teeth is a serious danger to implants. Whereas natural teeth absorb the shock created by the grinding, implants do not have the same structure as natural teeth and the pressure may lead to damage.

One of the most common effects of diabetes is slow wound recovery. Similar to having a weak immune system, the wound may take longer to heal and if a patient has an open wound in the mouth for too long, it may cause infection.
What’s The All-On-4 Procedure like?
First of all, the patient will have a full mouth examination, including dental x-rays, scans to look at the jawbone and other structures, and the patient’s medical history discussion. This will help the dentist know about any health problem, current medication, and if the patient is a good candidate for the procedure. After all of this is solved, the patient will schedule the placement procedure.
During the surgery, the dentist will extract any of the remaining teeth and will make small incisions in the patient’s gums in order to shape the four upper and four lower arch sockets, where the implants will be placed. Implant screws will be then placed in the patient’s jawbone, with a connector attached. Lastly, the gums are sutured and temporary dentures will be placed while the implant sites heal.
Once the implants are in place, they will need time to heal properly. In general, post-surgery recovery takes 72 hours of rest, but every patient has a different time to heal. The use of ice packs is recommended to reduce any swelling. In some cases, the dentist may also prescribe medications for pain and to prevent infections.

What to Expect After All on Dental Implant Surgery
After your all-on-4 dental implant surgery in Mexico, there are certain precautions you’ll need to take.
We recommend staying for 2-3 days following the procedure to reduce the risk of infection and healing complications.
If you opted for anesthesia, you might experience dizziness and nausea in the immediate aftermath; make sure someone stays with you 12 – 24 hours postoperatively.
Avoid pulling or tugging at the surgical area while recovering—doing so can cause your stitches to tear prematurely, prolonging your recovery time.
Medication might be prescribed for pain relief during this phase; we also suggest using an ice pack periodically (every 15 minutes on Day 1) around the operative site and soaking a washcloth in water before placing it over swollen areas (this helps lower swelling).
It’s important that you avoid strenuous physical activity until 2 weeks postoperatively, when most stitches will have dissolved.

Oral Hygiene will be essential for the aftercare of the patient’s dental implants, as it can prevent infections and help implants heal.
Use a Waterpik to flush out food that may be trapped around or under the implants.
Brush your teeth twice a day (at least).
Floss once a day.
Use an antibacterial mouthwash once a day.
