What Happens During All-On-4 Dental Implant Procedure?

Dentures are not always ideal for all patients. Some people would rather have a more permanent solution to missing teeth than dentures. All-on-4 Dentures utilize both implants and prosthetics to make sure the patient has enough support from their upper row of teeth.
What Happens During All-On-4 Dental Implant Procedure?

Here are five reasons why dental implants cost less in Mexico than in the U.S. Some of these reasons might surprise you!

During the initial consultation, you will meet with one of our dentists or oral surgeons in Mexico to determine if you are a candidate for the All-on-4 dental implant procedure.

This option is recommended for patients who are missing many teeth and have no existing teeth remaining. If this applies to you, your dentist will also need to remove all infected gum tissue around the areas where there were once teeth so that they can prepare your jawbone for placement of implants; two at each end in the front and two in back.

Then they’ll insert titanium screws into four locations, creating an anchor system onto which they attach artificial roots at either end which (eventually) bond firmly to nearby bone structures from their own natural growth processes—a process called osseointegration.

Lastly, they’ll attach a full set of replacement teeth on top.

What To Expect During All-on-4 Dental Implant Recovery
After an All-on-4 procedure, you need to focus on resting for recovery. Participating in any strenuous physical activity can interfere with healing at this time and slow down progress.

After being cleared by your dentist or oral surgeon, you may resume normal activities if they are less demanding than what was previously done before surgery such as walking or yoga.

Resting will help ensure that your jawbone and gums heal properly without complication during this crucial recovery phase; avoid heavy lifting or vigorous exercise while they are healing.
